Fitness Experts Suggest Tips To Burn More Calories While Running
Claiming that running is beneficial for healthy heart and muscles, fitness experts suggest different metrics to evaluate calories burnt during workout. The experts claim that while speed and duration are directly proportional to the calorie-burn, they suggest to adopt intense running, uphill, uneven, sandy or grassy surface for effective burn. However, Harvard Medical School's Adam Tenforde advised to be cautious about calorie intake/burn, to avoid injuries and irregular menstrual periods in female.
