Fortune Removes Its Oil Ad Featuring Sourav Ganguly After Netizens Troll

Faced with social media trolling and criticism, Adani Wilmar temporarily removed the advertisement of its Fortune Rice Bran Cooking Oil promoted by Sourav Ganguly. Trollers questioned the brand particularly for its tagline that says the oil is healthy for the heart. The BCCI President Ganguly recently survived a heart attack and is recovering at a Kolkata hospital where he received angioplasty. Citing his stable conditions, the doctors are likely to discharge him on January 6.
