GoI Urges People To 'Hug A Cow' On Valentine's Day
In a new appeal from the BJP-led Indian Government, citizens are asked to cuddle cows and celebrate February 14, Valentine's day, this year. According to the government statement, hugging a cow “will bring emotional richness” and “will increase our individual and collective happiness”. The newly declared Cow Hug Day is intended to offset the “dazzle of western civilisation”. Union Ministers urged people to follow new appeals and spread Indian culture.
