Goods Train Ram Into Elephants Crossing Tracks In Odisha; 1 Dead, 2 Injured

In Odisha's Khordha district, one elephant was killed while two suffered injuries after being hit by a goods train near Bhusandapur railway station under Tangi Forest. The incident happened at around 9 pm on December 25, when the jumbos were trying to cross the railway tracks, reported ANI. Forest ranger Rabindranath Panda said that the search has been launched to trace the injured animals.
