Google, YouTube, Facebook Pledge To Follow New IT Rules

Tech giants Google and its platform YouTube have agreed to comply with India’s new IT rules after a threat of criminal action lingered over them. Google officially stated that they were working to "ensure that we're combating illegal content in effective and fair way". The development has taken place after Facebook pledged to meet the requirements. However, Twitter and WhatsApp have not issued any statement yet.
