Govt Sources Say Centre In No Mood To Impose Nationwide Lockdown

According to sources the Union is not in favour of imposing a nationwide lockdown citing the effect on the economy and employment will be unprecedented. The sourced information came after nearly 10 States and UTs have imposed strict restrictions on movement within and inter-state travels. Suggesting strict lockdowns for nearly 150 districts with over 15% COVID positive cases, the Centre has given a free hand to states over imposing restrictions.
