GST Collection of Rs 90,917 crores in June; Down To 91% Of Last Year's Collection

For June, Goods and Service Tax (GST) revenue collection stands at Rs 90,917 crore. On this amount, the Central Goods and Service Tax (CGST) is Rs 18,980 crore, State Goods and Service Tax (SGST) is Rs 23,970 crores and Integrated Goods and Service Tax (IGST) is Rs 40,302 crores (15,709 crores on import included)," said the Finance Minister. This month's collection is higher than in April and May, but lesser than last year's collection.
