Haryana Alleges 'Mismanagement' Over Delhi's Water Scarcity Claims

The Haryana government has claimed that Delhi is receiving more water than it is entitled to. The statement came after Delhi Jal Board alleged Haryana for shortfall in supplies from the neighboring state. Haryana said that Delhi is covering its inefficiency in water management. Reportedly, earlier Delhi officials blamed Haryana for failing to release water into the canal, resulting in a drop in the pond level at Wazirabad treatment site.
