Haryana CM Proclaims DSP 'Martyr,' Awards Rs 1 Crore Compensation To Family

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar named Surender Singh, Tauru DSP who was killed by a dumper during a raid on an illegal mining area on July 18, a "martyr". He has also given Rs one-crore compensation for the family and a government post for the next of kin. Khattar stated the officer's sacrifice will not go in vain, and those responsible for his murder would not be spared. Police have initiated an investigation to apprehend the suspect.
