Health Experts, FSSAI Say Plant-based Diet Good For Health
Health experts advise that a balanced plant-based diet, comprising of all the basic supplements, is beneficial in the long-term. Stressing the same sentiments, FSSAI has also recommended balanced calorie diet that includes natural products such as fruits, vegetables, legumes and plant-based milk. Besides, avoidance of animal-based diet has also been suggested by a medical study. Reportedly, this makes people's heart healthier and prevents other health issues.
