Helpline To Report Cyber Fraud Cases In India Launched

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has launched a national helpline number, 155260, to report cyber fraud cases. Reportedly, a banner link has also been added on National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal which helps to directly lodge any complaint on Cyber Crime Portal. ''National Payments Corportaion of India (NPCI) has also started an online dispute resolution system for UPI complaints,'' said Leena Nandan, Secretary Department of Consumer Affairs.
