Hero Suffers 50% Decline In Sales Due To COVID-19 Lockdown
Two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has suffered a 50.83% decline in its month-on-month sales in May 2021 due to COVID-19. The company has reportedly sold 1,83,044 vehicles in May 2021 as compared to the sales of 3,72,285 units in April. The company said that the sales have declined primarily due to regional lockdowns, causing temporary closure of manufacturing plants in different regions.
