Hong Kong And Singapore Sign Air Bubble Agreement, Remove Quarantine
To resume overseas travel and remove quarantine for the visitors, Hong Kong and Singapore on October 15 agreed to set up a bi-lateral air travel bubble. The representatives of the countries announced that it is mandatory for passengers to hold a COVID negative certificate and special flights will be allotted under the agreement. Singapore’s representative said, "It will provide a model for future collaboration with other parts of the world.”
