Hyderabad Airport Wins ACI's Airport Service Quality Award 2020

The Airports Council International adjudged GMR Hyderabad International airport as the 'Best airport by size and region' including its Airport Service Quality (ASQ) award, 2020. Interestingly, GMR Hyderabad won the award in Asia-pacific region in the 15-25 million passengers per annum category. India's first modern greenfield airport, the GMR Hyderabad has earlier been among the top three for 9 consecutive years (2009-2017). The ACI ranking was, reportedly, based on passengers' satisfaction while travelling through an airport.
