ICAO to Recommend New Guidelines to Restart Air Travel and Tourism

International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is likely to come up with new guidelines, under which, by submitting a COVID negative report tested 48 hours prior to the travel, mandatory quarantine period can be skipped. ICAO's guidelines are voluntary and followed by its 193 member-countries. The organisation, along with a special United Nations task force, will recommend these guidelines to airports and airlines.
