IMD Announces Red Alert In 14 Districts As Rains Pelt Regions Of Telangana

Rains pummeling various regions of Telangana, whilst the India Meteorological Department (IMD) declared a red alert for 14 districts in the state, warning of severe rains in the next 48 hours on September 27. Due to heavy rains, the Chief Minister stated all government offices in the state, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions, would be suspended on September 28. Citizens have been warned to stay indoors unless essential.
