IMD Issues Cyclonic Alert And Low Pressure In Next 24 Hours

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) announced the presence of a cyclonic circulation over the southeast Arabian Sea, extending up to middle tropospheric levels. This low-pressure area is expected to develop within the next 24 hours over the same region. Furthermore, IMD predicted this low-pressure to move in a northward direction and potentially intensify into a depression southeast and adjoining east-central Arabian Sea within the subsequent 48 hours.
