India Demands for Long-Delayed Reforms to The UN
On August 31, India's Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN), Ambassador K Nagaraj Naidu wrote a letter demanding reforms that have been delayed. The letter that was addressed to the President of the 74th Session of the General Assembly, Tijjani Muhammad-Bande mentioned New Delhi's strong disappointment over the decision of leaving the intergovernmental negotiations (IGN) on UNSC reforms to the next session of the General Assembly.
