India Reaches 5 Lakh COVID-19 Cases: 15,685 Dead

India reaches its first five lakh COVID-19 cases on June 27. The highest spike in the number of cases has been in the last 24 hours, with 18,552 reported cases and 384 fatalities. About 2,95,880 cases have been cured/discharged so far. Maharashtra has reported the highest numbers with 1,52,765 positive cases. Delhi has reported 77,240 cases while Tamil Nadu has 74,622 confirmed cases, so far.
