India should no longer depend on China: Nitin Gadkari

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has said that India should no longer depend on China and should focus on research and innovation to boost domestic manufacturing. His remarks come in the wake of border clashes between India and China in Ladakh. Speaking about the country's electric vehicle roadmap, Gadkari said self-dependence for components is the key to success for the industry.
