India, Vietnam Undertake Maritime Exercise In South China Sea

The Indian Navy on August 18 escorted a naval exercise with its ally Vietnam to enhance Maritime cooperation in the South China Sea and strengthen defense relations between the two nations. While the Indian Navy "deployed its guided-missile destroyer INS Ranvijay and corvette INS Kora", the Vietnamese Navy positioned Freight VPNS Ly Thai. Reportedly, both countries expressed dissatisfaction over China's military expansion in the South-China Sea.
