India witnesses the highest single-day spike so far, 15,968: Covid-19

The last 24 hours has seen 465 deaths and a spike of 15,968 cases on June 24. According to the reports from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW), the total number of cases stand at a scary 4,56,183, which includes 1,83,022 active cases, and 2,58,685 discharged/migrated/cured cases. There has been 14,476 mortalities so far. The death count has been 6,531 in Maharashtra, 2,301 in Delhi and 833 in Tamil Nadu.
