Indian External Affairs Minister Meets with Iranian Counterpart

Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif in Tehran to build up bilateral cooperation. Describing the meeting as "productive", Jaishankar tweeted, "Discussed strengthening our bilateral cooperation and reviewed regional developments. Thank him for his gracious hospitality." The visit comes after Defense Minister Rajnath Singh met with Iranian Defense Minister on September 6.
