Indian, Indonesian Navies Conduct Military Drill Off Arabian Sea

The Indian and Indonesian navies on May 8 conducted military drills in the Southern Arabian Sea. The ‘Passage’ exercise focused to enhance interoperability and understanding between the friendly navies. While Indian Navy was represented by INS Sharda, an offshore patrol vessel, the Indonesian Navy was represented by corvette KRI Sultan Hasanudin. Notably, the Indian Navy regularly conducts ‘Passage exercises’ with navies of all-weather friend countries.
