Union Health Minister, Harsh Vardhan during an online event on July 10 said, that the recovery rate of COVID-19 patients in India stands at 63% and hasn't reached community transmission stage despite of being a large country. "We are ramping up testing so that maximum cases can be detected and tested," he added. He said that 2.7 lakh tests are being done everyday.
