Internet Archives Stops free E-book service after Publishers filing a Court Suit

Internet Archive (IA), a digital library discontinues it's National Emergency Library program that made over 1.3 million ebooks free for studentsÔÇÖ and educatorsÔÇÖ access in the course of COVID-19 pandemic, 15 days before the announced date due to a suit filed by the books' Publishers. The suit accuses IA of violating copyright act and constituting wilful digital piracy.
