ISRO's 1st Pvt Satellite To Carry Bhagwad Gita, PM Modi's Photo Into Space

SpaceKidz India, a science research body, is planning to send a satellite into space carrying PM Narendra Modi's photograph, a Bhagwad Gita copy and names of 25,000 citizens. Named as Satish Dhawan Satellite, it will be launched by the PSLV by February end. Carrying three other payloads to study space radiation, magnetosphere, and demonstrate a low-power wide-area communication network, the satellite will be among the first two private satellites to be launched by the ISRO.
