Japanese Man Who Sleeps Just 30 Minutes! Every Day
Daisuke Hori, 36-year-old claims the shocking experience of sleeping for only 30 minutes a day for the last 20 years has kept him fit and healthy. Hori said that he felt 16 hours were insufficient to accomplish everything thus, he chose to curb his sleeping schedule from eight hours to 30 minutes and still feels "healthy and energetic." Horis, chairman of the Short-Sleeper Association promotes this sleeping technique.
