Jessica Lal murder convict Manu Sharma released on grounds of good behaviour after 13 years of imprisonment

Manu Sharma, 1999 Jessica Lal murder case convict, has been released from Tihar Jail on June 1 on grounds of good behaviour after he was awarded life imprisonment in 2006 by Delhi High Court. Delhi Lieutenant Governor allowed the release after Sentence Review Board's recommendation. Sharma had shot model Jessica Lal dead at a party after she refused to serve him a drink.
