JioFiber Ranks 1st In Netflix Internet Speed Index With 3.6Mbps

JioFiber has topped the Netflix's internet speed index January 2021 with 3.6Mbps for the third consecutive month. JioFiber was followed by Tata Sky broadband (3.6Mbps), 7 Star Digital, and Airtel Xtreme (3.4Mbps). Besides, BSNL (2.8Mbps) and MTNL (2.4Mbps) secured fifth and sixth spot respectively. In the index, India was placed in tier 2 category with countries like Hungary and Finland. While the tier 1 list reported an average speed of 3.6Mbps, India recorded 3.4Mbps.
