Kerala HC Remarks Against Section 375, Says It's Not Gender-Neutral

The Kerala HC Judge Muhamed Mustaqe said all rapes should be considered as gender-neutral offenses and not just in the female victim-male accused scenario. The statement came after the woman in the divorce and child-custody case claimed her ex-husband was also accused of “rape on the pretext of marriage”, which was never substantiated. Reacting to claims, Mustaaqe said, section 375 should be not gender-neutral, only man shouldn't be blamed.
