Kerala HC Restrains Actor Sunny Leone's Arrest Over Cheating Case

The Kerala High Court on February 10 restrained the police from arresting actor Sunny Leone, her husband, and their production house CEO in a cheating case. While examining the actor's anticipatory bail petition, Justice Ashok Menon halted the crime branch from making arrests until a notice of appearance was priorly issued. Additionally, the court issued a notice to complainant Shiyas Kunhumuhammed, who had accused Sunny Leone of breaching a contract worth Rs 39 lakh.
