Kerala High Court Orders NHAI To Repair All State Roads Within 1 Week

Kerala High Court on August 8 instructed National Highway Authority of India to take prompt action to repair every road under their authority, either through current concessionaires or new contractors. A single bench of Justice Devan Ramachandran determined that this must be completed immediately and within one week starting today. The writ petitions were heard after Amicus Curie informed the Court that a person died by slipping into a pothole.
