KTR Suggests IndiGo To Hire Regional Speaking Staff After Viral Tweet

Telangana IT Minister KTR shared a tweet regarding the recently sparked indifferent behaviour with a Telugu Speaking woman in an IndiGo flight. On September 18, KTR tweeted, "In regional routes, recruit more staff who can speak the local language like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada etc. This will be a win-win solution." Notably, in an AP-Hyderabad flight, a Telugu-speaking woman was forced to change seats, after attendant was unable to understand language.
