With lifts shut, Eiffel Tower to reopen after longest closure since World War II

Three months after the closure of Eiffel Tower, its longest since World War II, the site will reopen to the public on June 25 with limited visitors. Only visits by the stairs will be available and elevators to the top will be out of service, its website said. The first and second floors will be accessible to the public.
