Maharashtra Governor Leaves Maharashtra Budget Session Abruptly
First time in history, the Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari left the Budget Session without addressing both houses. He left the Vidhan Sabha Central Hall amid slogans raised by legislators on March 3. With the governor taking the stage, Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress (Maha-Vikas-Aghadi) shouted slogans against Mr Koshyari. Besides BJP MLAs also raised 'low level' slogans, to avoid Koshyari's speech on behalf of Government over Nawab Malik matter.
