Maharashtra Postpones MPSC Prelims Exam Amid Surging COVID-19 Cases
Amidst increasing COVID-19 cases, the Maharashtra Public Service Commission prelims has again been postponed, against its earlier scheduled date on March 14. Supposed to be held in April 2020, the deferment decision was announced by the Relief and Rehabilitation Department by circular. Besides, several members of Congress, NCP as well as BJP expressed their discontentment towards the move. Moreover, ex-Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis wanted a reversal of this decision.
