Mahindra XUV700 Outsells Tata Harrier & Safari Combined
Mahindra sold 6,022 vehicles of XUV700 in the Indian auto market in June of this year. It is available in both 5- and 7-seat versions, enabling it to compete with both Tata Safari and Harrier. However, Mahindra's SUV has outsold the Safari and Harrier combined in terms of sales. Tata Motors only sold 3,015 Harrier and 1,86 Safari vehicles in June of this year, for a total of 4,884 vehicles.
