Makhana, Murmura Among Healthy Snacks To Satisfy Late-night Hunger Pangs

While late-night snack cravings are hard to suppress, satisfying them with tasty and healthy snacks is key to an uninterrupted weight loss journey. Roasted foxnuts or Makhana are excellent late-night fixes. Just dry roasted Makhana for enough to satisfy one's sudden hunger. Besides, baked/roasted Ragi chips or roasted rice puffs or murmura complemented with seasonings and peanuts are also tasty yet healthy options. Lastly, fruits and plain sugar-free yoghurt also serve as go-to alternatives.
