Mamata Banerjee Announces Rs 5 Lakh To Odisha Balasore Train Tragedy Victims

In the latest development of Odisha-Balasore tragic train accident, the death toll rose to 288, whereas injured people's figure is now over 1,000, confirmed sources. Ambulances, NDRF, SDRF and other teams are on spot, to rescue passengers trapped under debris of the three collided and derailed trains in Balasore. Furthermore, after the Odisha and Central Government, Mamata Banerjee-led West Bengal Government also announced Rs 5 lakh compensation to deceased's family.
