Man Who Entered NSA Ajit Doval's Residence Says, "Mind Controlled By Chinese"

The man, who was arrested while trying to enter the Delhi Residence of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, said that his mind was controlled by Chinese technology. Shaktidhar Reddy (43) from Bengaluru believes that his mind and body are being controlled by someone using China and US-based technology and met several officials to discuss his problem. Notably, the Special Cell enquired him and sent a report to the Home Ministry
