Manipur Begins Medicine Delivery Through Drones 

Following the success of COVID-19 vaccine delivery through drones, Manipur also successfully delivered the medicine in the state on October 9. The drone completed its first flight between Churachandpur's Health and Wellness Centre to Bishnupur's District Hospital. ''The District Family Welfare Officer (DFWO) of Churachandpur provided 1,200 tablets of ferrous and folic acid tablets for transportation via drone,'' Dr Sumit Aggarwal, the Scientist, and Program Officer said.
