Maryland’s Uber Driver Wins $1,00,000 Lottery

An Uber driver from Maryland in the USA won a lottery of $1,00,000 (Rs 74 lakhs). The 69-year-old first bought a scratch-off ticket, through which he earned $10. Following which, he bought a bigger lottery scratch card, amounting $1000. Later, when he scratched this ticket, he had won $1,00,000 lottery amount. Reportedly, he has completed 24,000 rides as an Uber driver in five years.
