Massive fire breaks out at AssamÔÇÖs oil well that had gas leak since 14 days

A massive fire broke out on June 9 at Assam's Baghjan oil-well that has been leaking gas since May 27. At least 6,000 people living nearby have been evacuated. Assam government has requested for help from the Army and Air Force in putting out the fire. NDRF has also been deployed in the area and the situation is being reviewed.
