Masturbating In Presence Of Another Sufficient To Infer Sexual Intent: Mumbai Court
A Mumbai court, while hearing a case of child sex abuse, held that masturbation in the presence of another person is sufficient to infer sexual intent of an accused. With this, the court convicted a 60-year-old in the aforementioned child sex abuse case. A complaint filed under the POCSO Act states that, the accused flashed to the victim, while masturbating in front of him.
