MEA Says India, China Hold "Candid and In-depth Talks" over Disengagement

In another round of diplomatic dialogue on August 20, India and China have agreed to resolve all outstanding matters in an 'expeditious manner'. Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Anurag Srivastava described the fresh round of talks as "candid and in-depth exchange of views". Reportedly, the Chinese side has reaffirmed the complete disengagement from the both sides in accordance with the agreement reached in ministerial and Special Representatives' level dialogues.
