Microbiome Discovery May Aid Treatments For Gastrointestinal Diseases: Research
Researchers from the Snyder Institute for Chronis Diseases found a solution that will help regulate the functions and structural integrity of the enteric nervous system which controls the gut of a human being. As per research, the findings may impact future treatments for gastrointestinal diseases and disorders, such as irritable and inflammatory bowels, and slow transit constipation. The research was funded in part by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
