Militaries of both India and China to disengage from the Himalayan border

After 11-hour Corps Commander-level talks between India and China, the armies have agreed on disengagement from a heavily disputed area. Senior military officials from both the sides met on June 22, in the view to narrow the tensions at the border after clashes broke out in the Galwan Valley, last week. The meet was described as, "cordial, positive and held in constructive atmosphere."
