MLA Lakshmi Narayan & MLA K Venketshan Resigns From Puducherry Assembly 

Congress MLA Lakshmi Narayan and DMK MLA K Venketshan has resigned from the Puducherry State Assembly on February 21. Reportedly, the Puducherry Lt Governor Tamilisai Soundararjan had earlier ordered floor test for the Congress, owing to the increased number of resignations. Moreover, the last week five other MLAs had also submitted their resignation, due to which the state's Chief Minister Narayanswamy's government is left with only 12 supporters.
