Most Malware On Android Phones Are Spread By Google Play Store: Report
A report by NortonLifeLock and the IMDEA Software Institute in Madrid has indicated almost 67% of the malware-affected apps in Android phones come from Google Play Store. The report called the play store as the major vector for distribution of such malfunctioning apps. However, the report also stated the numbers of malicious apps were high only because Google Play Store had the highest volume of downloads among all the sources on Android phones.
